Come 5-10 minutes before the escape room starts. Then you will have plenty of time to listen to the necessary instructions and get familiar with all aspects of the Alchemist escape game. Plus, you'll have time to dress comfortably in medieval costumes and enjoy the game all the more.

Our staff is always present in the next room to help you. Our escape game has cameras and microphones installed, so we will not only see but also hear you the whole time. So if you need anything, just say the word.
WHAT IF WE NEED SOMETHING FOR THE ESCAPE GAME?
It could happen that you get stuck on a task during the escape game, one of you gets sick during the game, or you remember that you left the iron on at home and need to call the fire brigade :) In that case, just speak to our staff. Our escape game has cameras and microphones installed, so we will not only see you all the time, but also hear you. So if you need anything, just say it in English and we will help you.
IS THE GAME SUITABLE FOR CLAUSTROPHOBICS?
Claustrophobics should have no problem in this escape game as there are no confined spaces. The game takes place in one large room of roughly 66m2. However, if you find that there is not enough light in the room, it is always possible to arrange with the game operator to turn on additional lighting.
IS THE GAME SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?
The game is suitable for children over 7 years of age accompanied by an adult. If you find the game room too dark, we will turn on the lights.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO TAKE PHOTOS IN THE ROOM?
Unfortunately, we do not allow photography or filming in the room. Our staff will take pictures of you after the escape game. We want you to have a nice memory of the escape game in Český Krumlov. Just tell them, they are very helpful.
